I have added all my funds, but no reports or charts appear. What could be the problem?

 

  1. Have you added the transaction details for your funds? Once you have created a portfolio and added funds, there is one more step before you can view reports: you must tell GLOBE Portfolio how many units of the fund you own and when you bought them. Click here for step-by-step instructions on adding transactions.

  2. If you receive the message: "You do not currently have a Fundlist for this PC..." This message appears when you click Charts or Reports on the globefund.com toolbar at the top of a page. Charts and Reports on the toolbar refer to the Fundlist, GLOBEfund.com's other fund tracking feature. To see GLOBE Portfolio charts and reports: Click Portfolio on the GLOBEfund.com toolbar. The GLOBEfund.com main page appears. Click Standard to see your Standard report. You can use the Gain/Loss and Performance tabs on the Standard report to view the other reports.

  3. If you cannot view charts: Check that your Web browser is loading images.

    Internet Explorer 4.0: On the menu bar click View | Internet Options... | Advanced tab | under Multimedia, make sure the box beside Show Pictures is checked.

    Netscape 4.x: On the menu bar click Edit | Preferences... | Advanced | make sure the circle beside Automatically Load Images is marked.

    Netscape 3.0: On the menu bar click Options | make sure Auto Load Images is checked.
