Fund Objectives

The CI C.A.P.I.T.A.L Deposit Notes, Enhanced Yield Class, provide up to 200% exposure to different portfolios of CI mutual funds. The Notes pay monthly distributions equal to 75% of the actual distributions received from the funds held in the portfolio. The balance of 25% of the distributions that are not paid out are reinvested in the structure for the benefit of the investor. The Notes employ a unique dynamic asset allocation strategy to provide ongoing exposure to the portfolio as well as to ensure principal protection at maturity.
