Shelby Notkin is chairman of Capital Guardian Trust Company's Personal Investment Management (PIM) division, a senior vice president of Capital Guardian Trust Company, a director of Capital Guardian Trust Company, a Nevada Corporation, and a member of the Capital Guardian Trust Company Board. He also serves as a portfolio manager for PIM and Capital Guardian Trust Company, a Nevada Corporation, and chairman of the PIM Investment and Management Committees. Before joining the Capital Group organization in 1993 he spent 18 years with Morgan Stanley, where he established its presence on the West Coast in 1977. Prior to that, he was with E.F.
