FIRM Canadian Growth fund name change
Effective March 16, 2000, Global Strategy Financial Inc. has acquired the FIRM Canadian Growth fund.
FIRM Canadian Growth Fund has renamed to Global Strategy Canadian Growth and Income Fund. This fund will be listed under Global Strategy Financial Inc. instead of Mulvihill Capital Management on globefund.com.
Primus Capital Advisors Company has changed its corporate name to SEI Investments Canada Company (SEI Investments). The name change is a result of a corporate re-organization. Funds that previously appeared on globefund.com under the fund company name Primus Capital Advisors Company will now appear under the fund company name SEI Investments Canada Company.
The ten Primus funds have also been renamed. The fund names now begin with SEI instead of Primus.

Effective March 1, 2000, C.I. Mutual Funds has the following portfolio manager changes.
The Harbour Explorer, Harbour Explorer Sector, Harbour Mid-Cap, Harbour Mid-Cap Sector, BPI Canadian Mid-Cap, BPI Canadian Mid-Cap Seg, and BPI Canadian Mid-Cap Seg II funds, previously managed by Stephen Jenkins, will now be managed by Steven Misener.

To qualify as an index fund, the main objective of the fund must be to track the performance of a market index or indices and must adhere to a strict, or fixed, asset allocation model. Funds for which the manager actively determines the allocation of the fund on an ongoing basis are not included.
